The Role Reporting to the Store Manager, the Manager-in-Training at ALDO is on a clear path to leadership, developing the skills needed to grow into a Store Manager role. You learn by doing and gaining hands-on experience in driving sales, delivering great customer service, and supporting the day-to-day leadership of the team.
You play an active role on the floor while building confidence in decision-making, team development, and store operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support sales growth by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong, customer-first experience across all channels
- Help coach and guide team members through feedback and on-the-floor support
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed, including loss prevention, payments, discounts, returns, and exchanges
