About the Role The Manager, HCC AU / New Zealand serves as the Healthcare Compliance Officer for Australia and New Zealand, providing end-to-end strategic and operational compliance leadership for DePuy Synthes’ Orthopedics business. The role partners with country leadership, Legal, business and functional stakeholders, and regional/global Compliance teams to ensure ethical business conduct, effective risk management, and adherence to applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and company policies. - Serve as the primary Healthcare Compliance Officer for Australia and New Zealand markets.
- Lead the development and execution of healthcare compliance strategies aligned with global and APAC regional priorities.
- Identify, assess, and manage compliance risks related to commercial, promotional, professional education, and other business and operational activities.
