About the Role Incumbents in this job family have responsibilities encompassing one or more areas of General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and/or Billing. This Manager-level role focuses on processing receivables, maintaining accounts, preparing reports and statements, and ensuring internal controls are followed in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. What You'll Do
- Process receivables, ensure timely and accurate charge entries and prepare deposits.
- Maintain accounts and records across accounting functions; collect and analyze financial data and prepare reports.
- Review, verify and approve transactions and journal entries; prepare income statements, balance sheets, P&L, consolidated statements.
- Code, enter and prepare invoices, respond to customer and vendor inquiries; review invoices and ensure proper approvals; record and pay invoices.
