About the Role SpyCloud seeks an experienced Manager, Federal Sales Engineering to lead our public sector pre-sales effort in a player-coach role. This senior, deeply technical cybersecurity leadership position combines people leadership with hands-on strategic engagements across civilian agencies, the DoD, the Intelligence Community, and federal law enforcement. This remote role requires residency in the Washington, D.C. metro area to visit Federal clients as needed.
What You'll Do
- Operate as a player-coach, splitting time evenly between managing the federal SE team and personally owning pre-sales on strategic agency and partner accounts.
- Lead and mentor a team of federal sales engineers, setting the standard for demos, PoCs, and technical discovery.
