About the Role The Manager, Education Partnerships will support United Way’s mission to strengthen economic mobility and well-being in Greater Cincinnati by leading the regional Cradle to Career partnership initiative. This role oversees project management, community collaboration, and data/evaluation across cradle-to-career networks, working with partners and UWGC teams to drive meaningful outcomes. What You'll Do
- Provide project management leadership and operational oversight of education initiatives.
- Manage the Regional Education Partnership initiative, liaising with the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce and partners to meet milestones and deadlines.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Cradle to Career Leadership Table, Partnership Table, and outcome workgroups.
- Support development and implementation of cradle-to-career programs and ensure pathways for youth success.
