About the Role The Manager, Business Development is responsible for helping the firm’s partners drive revenue through targeted business development activities, including strategy development and target identification. The role may be assigned to select practice/industry groups or client teams and acts as a gateway to the services offered by the Business Development & Marketing Department, with a particular focus on litigation-oriented practices. What You'll Do
- Provide pitch, RFP, and presentation support and coaching to the lawyers; draft pitch meeting scripts and roles, outlining presentations, creating pitch material, vetting pre-presentation questions, assessing strategy, managing projects, and more.
- Monitor industry, client, and legal developments and trends, identify and communicate potential opportunities to the BDM Department and firm leadership, as well as lawyers.
