About the Role
As a Manager for Bid and Proposal Operations within Egnyte's Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, you will own the end-to-end RFx lifecycle (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and coordinate inputs from Sales, Sales Engineering, Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, InfoSec, and HR to deliver polished, timely responses. Based in the US East time zone, you will support global opportunities and partner with cross-functional teams to drive winning bids.
What You'll Do
- Process Development: Design and implement the end-to-end operating model for proposal submissions, including a go/no-go qualification framework, intake triage procedures, standardized submission workflows, and clear RACI definitions for all stakeholders.
- People Manager: Directly manage and develop the Proposal Operations team; set performance goals, provide coaching, and contribute to headcount planning.
