Job title: Manager / AM of Financial Reporting
About the Role The Manager / AM of Financial Reporting will be responsible for preparing SEC filings (8-K, 10-Q, 10-K), XBRL tagging, and related disclosures. The role also involves reviewing, assessing, and documenting new accounting standards; writing technical accounting memos; and assisting in the implementation of new standards, including coordinating with auditors. This position will support accounting and financial reporting matters related to future acquisitions or divestitures, including purchase accounting, and will provide auditor assistance for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
What You'll Do
- Prepare SEC reporting documents (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) including XBRL tagging in partnership with the external service provider
- Prepare footnote schedules and disclosure checklists, tie-out support for filings
