About the Role The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level role designed to prepare you for a Store Management position in 18-24 months. With our promote-from-within philosophy, you may progress to Assistant Store Manager after completing the initial 8-week training. During the program you will collaborate with store management to oversee a million-dollar business and gain leadership, operations, and strategic insights that drive the store’s success. The program focuses on growing market share by selling to large commercial users such as painting contractors, purchasing agents, manufacturers, and other commercial customers who need large volumes of our high-quality products.
