About the Role This safety sensitive position maintains and repairs operating equipment for a soybean crushing and biodiesel plant. Primary function is to ensure that the machinery and equipment in the plant remain in good working order to optimize plant productivity and efficiencies. Responsible for complying with all applicable Company standards and government regulations. Maintenance responsibilities include project and outage work. This position may also be responsible for activities related to Pipefitting and Millwright/Fabrication. What You'll Do
- Maintains and repairs operating equipment, including removal, installation, rebuilding, lubrication and cleaning of all equipment associated with the production process
- Welds, torches, cuts, fabricates, and pipe threading
- Maintains utility equipment, diesel fire pumps, locomotives, rail tracks, and other associated equipment
