About the Role As a Maintenance Technician I at MVW, you will assist in providing Owners/guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories, while upholding safety and quality standards. This role supports villa care, minor repairs, and guest service within a resort environment. What You'll Do
- Perform Villa Care Preventive Maintenance tasks (e.g., basic painting; basic repairs such as replacing lightbulbs).
- Perform minor building repairs as assigned.
- Respond to and attend to guest repair requests.
- Perform general engineering-related inventory duties.
- Participate in regular safety, technical knowledge, and career development training.
- Welcome and greet guests, interact professionally with colleagues, and contribute to team goals.
