About the Role A Maintenance Technician I will maintain the guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas in good repair to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotel. This role involves multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting, wall covering, and masonry, reflecting our Spirit of Service toward guests and team members. What You'll Do
- Inspect guestrooms, repair fixtures, and keep accurate maintenance records for rooms and public areas.
- Perform a variety of trades to maintain facilities (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, wall covering, masonry).
- Uphold our Spirit of Service by delivering safe, clean, and well-maintained environments for guests and colleagues. What We're Looking For
- 1+ year general maintenance experience
- High school diploma or GED
