About the Role AWI Management Corp. is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help maintain a 30-unit apartment community in Tuolumne, CA. This role focuses on timely maintenance, safety, and creating a well-maintained environment for residents.
What You'll Do
- Complete maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner
- Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Assist with preventative maintenance to keep building systems in good condition
- Maintain grounds and landscaping to support strong curb appeal
- Assist with annual apartment inspections and identify maintenance needs
- Work with the Property Manager to coordinate vendors and order supplies
- Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff
- Report lease or house rule violations when observed
