About the Role Join our community as a Maintenance Technician at Brandywine Living in Bridgewater, New Jersey. You will perform repairs, prep apartments for new residents, respond to maintenance requests, and help maintain safe, well-kept spaces across the community. What You'll Do
- Perform a variety of maintenance repairs such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, and painting; assist with implementing safety protocols.
- Respond to maintenance requests from residents and fellow associates.
- Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents.
- Ensure proper storage of all maintenance supplies.
- Monitor all areas of the community and grounds to ensure they are properly and safely maintained.
- Help team members set up activities and events at the community. What We're Looking For
- Prior maintenance, housekeeping and/or janitorial experience.
