About the Role The Maintenance Supervisor leads a team responsible for maintaining equipment and systems across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, robotic, and automation technologies to support production at ZF Marysville. This role oversees a third shift (10:30pm–6:30am) and coordinates internal staff and external contractors to ensure reliable operations. What You'll Do
- Supervise and assign work to union maintenance employees and contractors while balancing quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in full compliance with all safety rules, regulations, TS16949 standards, and ISO 14001 requirements.
- Inspect daily maintenance work for quality and completeness and determine required materials, equipment, supplies, and time for tasks.
