As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead maintenance operations across our Kilsyth manufacturing site, ensuring our equipment remains safe, reliable and operating at peak performance. Reporting to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager, you'll supervise a small maintenance team and external contractors while driving preventative maintenance, continuous improvement and operational excellence. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, developing people and improving equipment reliability.
