About the Role The Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Plant Manager in Mueller Industries' De Kalb, IL facility. The role oversees electrical and mechanical maintenance, drives preventative maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinates with operations and contractors to keep equipment safe, reliable, and productive. - Supervise and perform electrical and mechanical maintenance

- Experience supervising electrical and mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to drive preventative maintenance, CI, and project management; coordinate with operations and contractors
- Strong safety focus and problem-solving skills
