About the Role The Maintenance Supervisor will lead maintenance operations for Nehring Electrical Works, driving reliability improvements and managing maintenance projects. You will report to the Plant Manager and play a key role in shaping preventive maintenance processes. What You'll Do
- Coordinate maintenance activities and drive improvements
- Manage projects and PM process enhancements
- Collaborate with operations to ensure equipment reliability and safety What We're Looking For
- Hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
- Leadership and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems, AutoCAD, Minitab, and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with maintenance management software
- Ability to manage projects and improve PM processes Nice to Have
- Experience with Limble CMMS Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65k-$70k per year
- Location: De Kalb, IL – Onsite
