About the Role The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the on-site maintenance team at a prestigious apartment community. You will oversee repairs, preventive maintenance programs, capital projects, and resident services, reporting to the General Manager to ensure high-quality curb appeal and tenant satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Assist in hiring, training and managing the maintenance staff, including seasonal employees.
- Assist the General Manager in preparing the annual budget.
- Adhere to the budget guidelines for the operation of maintenance and capital programs.
- Establish schedule for maintenance coverage at the community.
- Inspect and maintain all building components, including the roofs, regularly.
- Schedule, manage, and review the apartment turnover process.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of supplies, materials and equipment.
- Perform maintenance work, as needed.
