Job Description We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor, Electrical to lead and coordinate electrical maintenance activities at our power plant in Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. The role is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment while maximizing plant availability, reliability, and performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily electrical maintenance activities to achieve operational and contractual targets.
- Ensure plant reliability and availability in line with contractual requirements.
- Manage preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Coordinate spare parts planning and follow up with the Parts Coordination Management team.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, safe work practices, and company procedures.
