The Opportunity: As the Maintenance Specialist 4, you will be responsible for the maintenance and care of Campus Recreation facilities, including the Student Recreation Center, as well as grass and artificial turf play field facilities. You will supervise a variety of journey trades workers or general maintenance mechanics performing work on recreation buildings, grounds, and equipment. In this role, you will develop, implement, and monitor training programs for maintenance and grounds staff, establish and evaluate workflow priorities, and provide clear instructions and information to unit personnel. You will also organize, facilitate, and lead staff meetings to support effective communication, coordination, and operational success.
Additional Information: This is a full-time (100% FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible.
