Maintenance Lead
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following activities. Some duties may be optional on an individual basis. If there is a question about responsibilities or authorities, resolve the issue with the Director of Maintenance.
The lead will report directly to the Controls Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor in the facility for which they are assigned. For emergency manufacturing and maintenance support, the automation technician may receive direction from the director of maintenance or plant manager(s).
The lead will implement equipment and/or process improvements through the effective use of PLCs, servo or variable speed drives, camera technology, robotic technology and any other resource(s) available to him/her.
