About the Role This is a senior-level Maintenance Engineer role responsible for the safe and efficient operations of the assigned building. It includes routine and preventative maintenance, analyzing and repairing mechanical and electrical problems, making adjustments, and other corrective actions to ensure continuous and safe facility operations within a healthcare environment. The position operates under guidance from a team lead and does not provide direct patient care. What You'll Do
- Perform all duties of Maintenance Engineer I and II.
- Procure parts and equipment as needed in support of assigned duties.
- Use the CMMS system to develop assets, procedures, work orders and compliance reporting.
- Mentor general maintenance workers and maintenance engineers.
