About the Role Advance Services, Inc. is seeking an immediate Maintenance Crew Member for Sibley, IA to support manufacturing operations by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and ensuring efficient production. What You'll Do
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maintain efficient production.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems on processing equipment including conveyors, augers, dryers, mixers, and packaging machinery.
- Complete welding, fabrication, pipefitting, and general facility maintenance as needed.
- Perform routine equipment inspections, maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders, and support continuous improvement efforts while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
