About the Role Johnson Controls is seeking a Maintenance A on 2nd shift for our York, PA manufacturing site. This role supports the ongoing operation of production equipment and utilities, ensuring equipment reliability and uptime through preventive maintenance and timely repairs. What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
- Respond to and diagnose equipment issues, perform repairs, and verify proper operation after service.
- Maintain accurate work orders, records, and parts usage in the CMMS; document procedures and deviations.
- Collaborate with production and other maintenance team members to prioritize tasks and ensure safety. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
