About the Role NNOC/NNU seeks a Maine Labor Representative based in Portland, ME to advance healthcare justice by organizing nurses, developing local leadership, and supporting collective bargaining across private and public employment. This role contributes to strengthening workplace power and advancing a national movement for healthcare justice. What You'll Do
- Lead all matters related to collective bargaining, including organizing nurses in private and public employment.
- Compile, analyze, interpret, and present data relevant to bargaining and workplace issues.
- Assist with contract negotiations and support lead negotiators.
- Process grievances and conduct arbitrations.
- Represent nurses in employment-related problems and advocate for members' interests.
