About the Role Entry-level Machinist (2nd Shift) responsible for setting up and operating multiple machine tools (CNC mills/lathes, manual mills/lathes, grinders) to complete moderately complex parts. Works with established tooling, sequences, fixtures and attachments, following standardized procedures to machine a wide variety of components for pneumatic cylinders. What You'll Do
- Ensure maximum production through proper operation of machinery.
- Perform machining of parts and products in accordance with drawings, specifications and material requirements.
- Operate and adjust semi-automatic or automatic numerically controlled machine tools to perform progressive machining operations.
- Meet close and exacting tolerances and finish specifications requiring considerable skill.
