About the Role Dana is seeking Machine Operators to work at their Pottstown, PA facility. This role supports production by operating various machines, producing quality parts, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace.
What You'll Do
- Operate, load and unload Machines; CNC, Drill and Tap, Gnutti, Grinder, Groover, Okuma, Pin Loader, Profile Broach, Turning Machines, etc.
- Produce parts in accordance with established standards
- Inspect and gauge parts per quality control plan using micrometers, calipers, and other gauges
- Finish parts using handheld grinders, deburr tools, etc.
- Complete required paperwork including recording all pieces produced, defects and scrap
- Maintain housekeeping of work area and equipment to ensure a safe, clean and orderly condition
- Work safely in accordance with policies, procedures and work practices
