About the Role Join Dura-Line, an Orbia business, in North Salt Lake, UT as a Day/Night Shift Machine Operator. You will operate an extrusion line to produce high-quality plastic conduit pipe safely and efficiently, collaborating with a production team to meet quality and productivity goals. What You'll Do
- Read work orders and perform setups, changeovers and adjustments for the order.
- Properly monitor extrusion production including produced product and equipment, perform quality checks on product and maintain the coiling area.
- Assist to start reels, set up and monitor product for quality and conformity.
- Monitor operating parameters to ensure materials and quality requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate documentation of product dimensions on production reports and track Lost Production Hours with reasons.
