About the Role Join Monzo's Financial Crime and Fraud Team as a Machine Learning Manager. You'll lead ML specialists across levels of seniority, shaping the way we use ML to protect customers from scams, fraud and account takeover while delivering reliable controls that scale with Monzo’s growth. You’ll report to the Senior ML Manager for the FinCrime Collective and help the team deliver high-impact ML systems and maintain a healthy, inclusive and high-performing team. What You'll Do
- Manage, coach and develop a team of Machine Learning specialists, with regular 1:1s, feedback and development plans.
- Focus ML effort on the highest-impact problems, balancing customer protection, regulatory expectations, operational impact and delivery pace.
