We're hiring a Machine Learning Engineer with 4+ years of ML experience and 3+ years building production ML solutions in healthcare, biotech, or clinical environments.
Key Requirements:
- Production LLM Engineering & AgentOps
- RAG architecture & optimization
- AWS AI/ML: SageMaker, Bedrock, HealthLake, OpenSearch MLOps, model monitoring & AI observability
- Healthcare AI, clinical decision support & risk prediction
- HIPAA & FHIR knowledge
- ML model deployment, evaluation, explainability & safety
- Strong communication and collaboration with clinical/technical teams
