About the Role Calendly's Data Science & Machine Learning team seeks a Machine Learning Engineer to deliver AI-powered features that create magical experiences for customers. You will own features end-to-end within Calendly's AI ecosystem, from design to deployment, and collaborate across product, design, marketing, customer success, and engineering to deliver real customer impact. What You'll Do
- Own AI powered features from design through deployment, partnering with product, design, and engineering to scope work and define success metrics.
- Understand and share domain knowledge, documenting learnings for the team.
- Prioritize work independently, balancing feature development, quality, and maintenance, and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
- Proactively seek and offer support to teammates, pair programming, reviewing, and collaboration to move projects forward.
