About the Role
King School seeks a full-time Lower School Associate Teacher to support students and faculty in our Early Childhood program. This position reports to the Head of the Lower School and is for the 2026-2027 academic year. The Associate Teacher collaborates with the lead teacher to foster a positive, engaging learning environment and supports students' academic and emotional development in alignment with King’s core virtues. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Plan programmatic and grade level activities with the lead teacher.
- Assist in the implementation of lessons.
- Help prepare instructional materials and resources for lessons and activities.
- Provide academic and emotional support to students, encouraging participation, helping them to develop skills and confidence.
