About the Role The role is to ensure safe, compliant warehouse operations at our Qingdao facility, focusing on environment, health, safety, and food safety programs, supervising loading processes, quality checks, and coordination with contractors and internal teams. What You'll Do
- Implement and enforce factory EHS and food safety procedures; ensure personal safety and compliance with all safety rules.
- Strictly follow equipment operation procedures during loading and dispatch activities.
- Inspect and register all loading vehicle information (customer name, plate number, goods name, packaging, quantity) and queue vehicles for loading per IC card requirements.
- Coordinate with the second-floor control room to dispatch loading work; verify each vehicle and confirm dispatch in the system; guide vehicles off site promptly.
