About the Role
Logan Health's Conrad Long Term Care (LTC) is seeking a dedicated RN to provide professional nursing care to adult and geriatric populations. This on-site role involves performing admissions assessments, implementing and evaluating care plans, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality, compassionate care in alignment with our mission and core values. Shift is night with variable hours on a rotating schedule to cover 24/7 operations. What You'll Do
- Perform assessment of the patient on admission in accordance with hospital policies and unit standards, and continual reassessment to identify problems, implement interventions, and evaluate patient response.
- Obtain authorizations and consents for treatments; maintain patient confidentiality and respect for patient dignity at all times.
