- Coach and motivate a team of approximately 50 logistics colleagues to safely and efficiently complete the assigned part of the logistics process.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, ergonomics and environmental guidelines; encourage and implement improvement ideas.
- Provide coaching and training to develop team members; empower autonomy while offering guidance when needed.
