About the Role CEVA Logistics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to provide a complete transport solution service to Ceva Canada clients by handling air, ocean and road operations as well as procurement and quotation. The role involves monitoring shipments and maintaining proactive client communication from order intake to final delivery. What You'll Do
- Establish a constructive relationship with the client
- Follow up on orders with various suppliers and relay information to the client
- Verify documentation and ensure it complies with requirements
- Issue the necessary documentation in accordance with instructions and regulations
- Maintain certain reports (internal or external)
- Monitor shipments until they reach their destination and keep the client informed of developments
- Invoice according to the rates provided to the client
