What You'll Do
- Provide responsible legal support to Staff Attorneys including case management, investigations, and preparation for panel or arbitration proceedings.
- Summarize cases and prepare reports for attorneys.
- Draft legal documents such as letters, pleadings, and filings; file documents with administrative bodies or courts as applicable.
- Organize and archive documents related to completed and ongoing cases; maintain records and databases.
- Draft and respond to discovery requests.
