About the Role Join Squire Patton Boggs' Cleveland office as a junior to mid-level Litigation Associate. You will handle most aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, performing legal research, arguing hearings, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and assisting with trial preparation. What You'll Do
- Draft pleadings and motions

- Manage discovery requests and responses
- Take and defend depositions
- Assist with trial preparation What We're Looking For
- 2-6 years of experience at a top-tier firm and/or judicial clerkship
- Admission to the Ohio Bar
- JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record
- Excellent credentials
- Experience with healthcare/managed care litigation is a plus but not required
