About the Role Leidos' Corporate Information Security team is seeking a Linux System Administrator in Omaha, NE to design, deploy, and sustain secure, high-performance computing environments. The role involves managing a heterogeneous mix of Linux and Windows systems in a tightly integrated, security-focused environment, with emphasis on containerized and virtualized workloads. What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and sustain containerized and VM architectures with Kubernetes, Docker, and Podman in production.
- Configure systems and apply RMF-based security controls; ensure compliance with NIST SP 800-53 and JSIG where applicable.
- Manage network concepts, IP addressing, and cable management; work across Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment; communicate clearly in written and oral form.
