About the Role Dura-Line is seeking an experienced Line Operator to set up and operate HDPE extrusion lines, adjust and document operating conditions, and ensure products meet customer specifications. The role focuses on producing high-quality pipe safely and efficiently, with an emphasis on quality, sustainability, and safety. What You'll Do
- Know and understand the quality and material requirements for all products being produced.
- Review product and equipment to confirm requirements are met; oversee the quality and documentation for the product run; complete inventory documentation.
- Maintain records of Lost Production Hours and reasons for lost time.
- Start lines, correct process conditions/equipment to maintain product quality, monitor cooling systems (vacuum and spray) including water levels, flow, spray patterns, and temperatures.
