Role Purpose
-
To lead the Process Operations team that produces Pringles chips in a safe and quality environment. Leading means to be responsible for the entire 4E (Envision, Engage, Energize, Enable) and make sure the different teams/functions collaborate and contribute to the best. The Line Leader is part of the Process lead team and collaborates here to achieve best plant results (engage and enable support). He/she participates is the daily direction setting & activities as a way to coach his leaders and their direction setting towards long term organizational & business goals.

Manages a Process operation of (indirect) 45 Associates

End-2-end Responsibility for 3 Operational area's (Cut & transfer, Hot Oil, Salter Cooler) on all 6 production lines
