About this role
About the Role Line Lead Operators at Menasha Packaging Canada L.P. are integral team members to ensure the highest level of customer service, achieve efficient production levels, maintain quality, and ensure that all tasks are completed in a safe way. The successful candidate will operate high-speed automated packaging equipment, ensure equipment is used and maintained safely, set up projects per customer requirements, and continuously monitor product quality. What You'll Do
- Supervise and train all general labor personnel in the assembly of displays and other packaging.
- Maintain and follow GMP guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Continually observe and improve production efficiency.
- Reconcile feeder stock and components at the end of each shift.
- Foster and maintain open lines of communication; communicate any quality issues with quality inspectors.
