About the Role Chili's Line Cooks are part of the Heart of House team responsible for setting the pace of a great shift and delivering dependable, fast service. You will learn and execute recipe procedures, keep the kitchen clean, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment on every shift. This role supports smooth kitchen operations to help Chili's guests have a great dining experience. What You'll Do
- Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
- Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
