About the Role Chili's Heart of House team members ensure a smooth, fast-paced shift with dependable service. The Line Cook role focuses on learning and executing recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and upholding safety and sanitation standards to support great guest experiences. What You'll Do
- Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
- Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For

- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
