About the Role Chili's Line Cook contributes to a fast-paced Heart of House team, learning and executing recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safe, smooth kitchen operations to deliver a great guest experience. What You'll Do
- Learn and execute recipe procedures
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicate ticket times to teammates
- Keep food orders flowing from the kitchen
- Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
- Friendly, warm, caring demeanor with team members
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $11.00 – $22.00 hourly (USD)
