About the Role CTUL Organizers are the primary connection with our membership and essential to building worker power. They engage workers directly at worksites or community locations, build leadership within the organization and campaigns, and support workers to take risks and grow their leadership through targeted outreach, one-on-one conversations, and group trainings. The LIG Organizer role specifically requires bilingual English/Spanish communication to mobilize a diverse membership for campaigns that advance systemic change. What You'll Do
- Operates in alignment with CTUL’s mission, vision, strategy, and organizational priorities
- Support workers who come into the organization in knowing their rights and how to defend their workplace rights
