About the Role The Senior Credit Risk Leader at Santander Brazil will oversee and shape the credit risk framework for the local business, partnering with risk and business teams to protect the organization and support growth in a compliant manner. What You'll Do
- Lead development and governance of credit risk policies, models, and limits for the Brazil market
- Monitor risk indicators, conduct reviews, and coordinate with regulatory and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with other risk functions and the lines of business to implement risk mitigation strategies What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in credit risk management within banking or financial services
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and ability to communicate with executives
- Knowledge of Brazilian regulatory environment and risk frameworks Nice to Have
