About the Role This Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role is part of EmpowerMe Wellness’s integrated care model for seniors. You’ll provide therapy, conduct assessments, and support coordination to help residents live stronger, safer, and more independent lives onsite in Tulsa as a key member of EmpowerMe 360. What You'll Do
- Provide speech-language pathology therapy to residents
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Support care coordination within the EmpowerMe 360 model
- Collaborate with therapy, wellness, and medical providers to deliver seamless care
- Serve as a trusted guide for seniors to improve independence What We're Looking For
- Current professional license in SLP (or PT/PTA/OT/COTA as applicable) discipline
- Strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit
- Passion for senior wellness and quality of life
- Onsite availability in Tulsa, Oklahoma Nice to Have
