About the Role Credenza Health is seeking Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to support long-term care facilities. This role involves assisting with patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and contributing to a positive, patient-centered environment. What You'll Do
- Assist with patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
- Perform identified patient care tasks in accordance with established protocols and competencies.
- Maintain knowledge in the area of practice and care for age-specific populations.
- Function as part of the care team to support the Inpatient Care Unit environment; remain calm and professional during times of crisis.
- Enter orders in the computer system and manage the clerical functions of the unit.
